I started baking because: It was a form of therapy for me after DJ’ing and socializing in nightclubs all night. I was able to wind down at 5AM and concentrate on working with my hands, while making myself breakfast treats.
If I could only eat one meal for the rest of my life, it’d be: fried Chicken with bacon mashed potatoes and lots of salted butter. To drink, an Arnold Palmer.
