What I Wore Love Story I

Why:
I’m calling this Love Story I, because I have a feeling a lot of my outfits this season are going to have that collegiate 1970s vibe.  I love the way Adam took these photos - they have such a vintage feel to them.

These pants are a fine wale corduroy which are comfy and cozy for a chilly fall morning.  The length is tricky. They’re perfectly long when you’re standing still in front of the mirror, but when you’re out and walking around they sneak up higher for your photos! I swear they are long enough! 

I like partnering high waisted pants with a jacket that shows the high rise in front, but breaks up the lines a little and keeps the torso balanced.  I love this blouse - it came with a neck scarf, but I didn’t want to look too similar to my Little Bee outfit last week.  Instead, I’m excited to finally wear this wooden necklace I bought months ago. 

Another day, another experiment. There’s more I want to say about this, but I’ll include it in a movie review post I’m working on for later this week.  Hope everyone is off to a great Monday!
